Bitdle is looking for a pleasant Talent Acquisition Specialist to carry out end to end recruitment (IT & Non IT). You will be the “face” of the company for all candidates adn employees and will be responsible for the first impression we make. The ideal candidate will have a friendly and easy-going personality while also being very perceptive and disciplined.

This is a full time position offered for permanent job which requires end to end recruitment and you will be based in Kochi where you will be working closely with Operations department.

You will apply your multitasking skills by listening and speaking to candidates, consultants, employees and typing call documentation simultaneously. You will have the ability to swiftly gain candidate confidence and trust. To ensure success in this position you will have the ability to maintain good database of candidates and be an effective communicator. Top candidates are detail-oriented, motivated and have excellent people skills.

Your duties will include (but are not limited to): 

  • Identify the job requirement by studying organizational plans and objectives, Meeting with managers & get approval from management
  • Prepare job description & Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
  • Builds applicant sources using various methods like Cold calling, referral, internet sites, Use various methods to recruit and network with potential candidates including social media platforms, networking events and job fairs
  • Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements, contacting recruiters, and using newsgroups and job sites.
  • Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing qualifications to job requirements.
  • Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers and interviewing applicants on a consistent set of qualifications.
  • Improves organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices; monitoring job offers and compensation practices; and emphasizing benefits and perks.
  • Conduct preliminary interviews with recruits to gauge interest, personality and salary requirements
  • Using standardized screening techniques, Assess the skills, qualifications and experience of potential candidates
  • Actively work toward building a diverse and qualified team to support the organization


  • Aside from a proficiency in computer skills, a Talent Acquisition Specialist is necessarily required to have a degree.
  • Previous experience developing and executing recruiting marketing and branding strategies
  • Previous experience seeking talent recruitment
  • Interpersonal skills and ability to communicate professionally, Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience in the continual development of talent pipelines and sourcing potential candidates
  • Ability to speak knowledgeably about the company and answer any questions a potential hire may have
  • Firm understanding and implementation of recruiting metrics to drive decision-making is strongly preferred
  • Proficient in using company software and databases to connect with and reach out to potential candidates
  • Previous experience developing and executing recruiting marketing and branding strategies
  • Experience working with a diverse team and striving for fairness in hiring all races, genders and ages
  • Proficient with MS Office suites

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree preferred
  • Computer and internet knowledge
  • 3 to 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in related field


Talent Acquisition Specialist typically work in a normal time schedule. Starting salaries can range from around ₹12,000 - ₹18,000 a month and, on average, senior executive assistant earn salaries in the range of ₹20,000 - ₹25,000
